Currently, JW Speech & Language operates as a cash-based service provider and we do not take insurance, with the exception of Medicaid. This model allows us to focus entirely on what truly matters—your child’s progress. Instead of navigating insurance reimbursements, we dedicate time to researching, continuing education, and carefully tailoring individualized treatment plans to best support your child’s communication journey.

By not being restricted by insurance guidelines, we have the flexibility to determine the appropriate number and length of sessions based on your child's unique needs, rather than what an insurance policy dictates.

  • Reassessment

  • 30-minute Individual Session

    $65

  • 45-minute Individual Session

    $85

  • 60-minute Individual Session

    $100

Upon request, we can provide a superbill for families who wish to submit claims to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is the responsibility of the family to pursue. JW Speech & Language is eligible to accept HSA/FSA payments.
